Please note that the fees are presented in USD. Early Bird rates apply until 15 June 2024, after which Regular rates will be applicable.
* SEAOHUN Member Countries are Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Taiwan.
** Proof of student status is required.

Registration Procedure:

Visit the official SEAOHUN 2024 International Conference website and access the online registration portal below!

Fill out the online registration form with accurate details.

Select the appropriate registration category (SEAOHUN Member, Non-Member, Student).

After submitting the registration form, the organizer will send you an invoice with instructions to proceed to payment through the secure online gateway. Payment options include PayPal, Debit Card, or Credit Card. Participants residing in Thailand may also choose to pay via bank transfer.
Please be kindly reminded that the registration will not be complete before successful payment.The early bird will apply with the payment date.
Important Note: As part of our commitment to fostering inclusivity and supporting academic contributions, the SEAOHUN 2024 International Conference is pleased to offer travel awards specifically for individuals presenting their papers at the conference. The terms and conditions will be applied.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:

The cancellation and refund requests will be accepted with reasonable justification within 1 month prior to the event. The conference organizers will deduct an administrative fee of USD 50 for processing the refund. In case of short-noticed cancellation (less than 1 month), the conference organizer will not refund the registration fee. However, participants have the option to transfer the registration fee to another person who will attend the conference. Participants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.

In the event that the conference is cancelled due to an unforeseen event, a full refund will be provided. Costs incurred for airfare, hotel, or other expenses by registrants are the responsibility of the participants.
