Cancellation and Refund
The cancellation will be accepted given a reasonable justification.
The conference organizers will deduct an administrative fee of USD 20 for processing the refund. Participants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
If the conference is cancelled due to an unforeseen event, a full refund will be provided. Costs incurred for Airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants are borne by participants.
