Celebrating #OneHealthDay in Laos!

With the support of Lower Mekong Initiative (LMI), Lao One Health University Network (LAOHUN) in collaboration with Southeast Asia One Health University Network (SEAOHUN) celebrated the 4th annual One Health Day by organizing the inaugural meeting of the country network, LAOHUN, to celebrate the partnership of the National University of Laos (NUoL) and National University of Health Sciences and raise awareness of One Health among faculty members and students. LAOHUN aims to become a collaborative network of universities fostering multi-sectoral efforts on One Health (OH) workforce and policy development. The meeting, organized on 4 November 2019 at the NUoL, was participated by over 90 participants from ministries, higher education institutions, and development partners working to address One Health issues in Laos.
